Shipping Destinations:

We are currently not shipping outside of NZ, however if you are from offshore and would like a shipping quote please get in touch: cemeteryroadcollection@gmail.com

Pick Ups:

If you’d like to pick up from my Te Arai studio, please select the COLLECT function at the checkout, then email cemeteryroadcollection@gmail.com to arrange a suitable time for collection.

Shipping timeframes:

We pack and ship twice weekly until December.  In December, we pack and ship daily, within New Zealand this is usually an overnight to 3 day service depending on your location - the current Covid outbreak is causing some shipping delays nationwide. Once your order has been been assigned to a courier, you will be emailed a tracking number so you can track your order online

Packaging and Gift Wrapping

All packaging we use is non plastic and compostable.  Where possible we use recycled packaging.

Refunds / Damaged Goods

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods.

We take precaution when packaging our products, but understand that damages can occur during shipment. If products arrive to you damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please email us a photo of the packaging (box) and the damaged product so that we can contact our carrier. Please save all the packaging, it is required for claims.
